TRAINING SESSION

Train daily in small groups alongside world-class athletes Cyril Benzaquen (Kickboxing) and Jose Steve (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).

Each participant is free to join one discipline or both, depending on their interests and energy.

These sessions go beyond physical practice. Through shared training, discussions and time spent together, the athletes openly share their mindset, discipline and approach to high-level performance — on the mat and beyond.

BREATHWORK & MINDSET

Led by Samuel Coulon, these two immersive workshops are designed to help participants master their body and mind to perform at a higher level in business and life.

Through practical, science-based breathing techniques and mindset exercises, you will improve focus, emotional control, decision-making and recovery.

These sessions create a powerful bridge between physical awareness and mental clarity — offering tools you can apply immediately in high-pressure professional environments.
